3. Pointless to argue this with people who's reasoning
starts and stops with "Republican good, Democrat bad". If I were to concede that Bush kept us safe, I'd have to ask - how did he keep New Orleans from being hit by another major hurricane?

4. With regarde to Clinton's record on terrorism, the right-wing extremists
forget that the only people successfully committing TERRORIST ACTS within the United States during the Clinton administration were right-wing terrorists and the Unabomber.

From 1978 to 1995, Kaczynski sent 16 bombs to targets including universities and airlines, killing three people and injuring 23. Kaczynski sent a letter to The New York Times on April 24, 1995 and promised "to desist from terrorism" if the Times or The Washington Post published his manifesto. In his Industrial Society and Its Future (also called the "Unabomber Manifesto"), he argued that his bombings were extreme but necessary to attract attention to the erosion of human freedom necessitated by modern technologies requiring large-scale organization.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theodore_Kaczynski

Ted Kaczynski is described as an anarcho-primitivist on Your-Tube. He was probably quite simply deranged in some way.

Clinton could have denied the visa applications of the 9/11 terrorists. But that is in hind sight. Clinton did prevent the entry of a foreign national suspected of planning a terrorist attack at one point, maybe around New Year 2000.

9. K&R Cenk's guest said exactly what I've been saying
I'm sure the families and friends of victims of terrorist attacks since 9/11 are grateful to Bushco for keeping them safe. :sarcasm:

According to "The Religion Of Peace" website...

They have an extensive list from http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2001-2003.htm">9/11/01 to 2003

And these are extensive annual accounts post 2003:

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2004.htm">2004

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2005.htm">2005

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2006.htm">2006

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2007.htm">2007

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2008.htm">2008

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2009.htm"> 1st half of 2009

The tone of the website is very Islamaphobic but they do have the most comprehensive list of attacks I've been able to find online.
