No fakery in the Cramer video. Cramer was talking about what is really happening, in real markets, with real money.

Those guys from the dateline videos go to jail don't they? Are the women from ACORN facing that? No, in fact the only people facing charges are the filmmakers.

That RW propaganda is really effective unfortunately. People are believing all kinds of crap because of that stunt.
