The CIA recently released a heavily-redacted report which disclosed numerous new details about their interrogation tactics. While weve known that the previous administration authorized the use of torture on detainees for some time now, this new report just puts another nail in the coffin for the former administration. But the big question is still whether or not the Obama Administration is going to open up criminal investigations and hold those responsible for torture accountable. Ring of Fire's Bobby Kennedy, Jr. talks about his efforts to do just that with his good friend and Senator from Rhode Island, Sheldon Whitehouse.

2. K&R. Senator Whitehouse has been clear and persistent
in reminding us all about the abuses perpetrated during the rule of the Cheeneey Gang.

I really admire his in-depth knowledge and commitment to prosecuting those abuses.
