1. My math is terrible
but the DOJ guy said that the "sneak and peek"
provision was used 65% of the time in criminal, not terrorist
cases. But Cenk said that of 763 "sneak and peeks"
authorized. only 3 of them were for terrorist cases. That is
not 65% criminal case usage. Isn't that closer to 2%? Is that
right? In my mind it seems like less, like maybe .03%...idk. I
do know that the Orwellian named "USA patriot act"
is illegal and should be rescinded immediately.

Of 753, only 3 were terrorism cases, thats true, and 3 out of 753 is about 0.4%

The 65% number refers to a subset of the criminal cases. Of the criminal cases, 65% were drug related. Listen in 1:49 into the video.

4. Really disturbing - Only .4 % of Patriot Act sneak and peak searches used for terrorism.

2. I'm not a lawyer either Al Franken, but thank god Russ is.
This provision is under review to renew it? This partiot act is nothing more than a switch and bait provision for our Constitutional rights. How the lawyerys in this country slept while this went on makes it clear that you don't need a law degree to uphold the rights of the people, you just need to know the difference between right and wrong. And this partiot act is wrong.
