I can't get coverage for myself. I run a small medical clinic and until we start making a LOT more money I can afford to cover my employees but I am not covered as the owner. And because I was in a car accident 3 years ago and have ongoing spinal injury issues, I cannot get coverage at any price.

So get this. I own a medical clinic, but I cannot afford to go see a doctor.

If we don't get single payer or some viable plan then the medical director (my partner and the majority partner) has instructed me to start looking at ways to move our clinic along with all employees to Canada to start again. According to her starting from scratch could not possibly be harder than the daily fight we have with the (lack of) medical system in the US.
