If you want to avoid seeing and/or hearing Busch, the last clip of him finishes at 2:40. I wish they were talking about him being in an institution instead of his new Institute. After discussing Busch's new Institute, Keith and Newsweek's Jonathan Alter make some good points about the legacy in Afghanistan Busch has left behind starting at 4:38.

4. The ultimate irony...
is that there is a wonderful Human Rights program at SMU, my alma mater, which is coordinated by Rick Halperin, who has worked tirelessly with Amnesty International to promote the abolition of the death penalty in the US. I sincerely hope that this great program can survive the presence of a George W. Bush "Freedom" Institute on campus.
