3. 100,000 Americans die EVERY YEAR due to MALPRACTICE in our hospitals . . .!!!
Rather than trying to stop Americans from holding doctors/hospitals responsible --

they should be trying to straighten out this mess!!!

5. same tired old Republican talking points- that are ALL bullsh#t.
none of them would reign in cost or help cover more people. Their plan doesn't even cover pre-existing conditions and leave 40 million still uninsured. Tort reform is less than 1% of cost of health care, so that doesn't save us much- They just hate trial lawyers because they give more to democrats, and their "plan" to buy insurance across state lines would end up like the credit card companies- shopping for the least regulation so they could make the most profits. It would NOT lower costs.

I wish more in the media would take the time to refute this self-serving obstructionist nonsense.
