2. Ya gotta love Free Trade and incompetent GM management.
Because now they have 15 plants in Mexico making cars and car parts instead of in the United States. Or they just import things from China where they can pay the workers 50 cents an hour. And who do we have to blame for this? Along with GM's fantastically incompetent management, we also can blame government policies of both Democrats and Republicans. They are ALL responsible. All of them.

3. i blame it on GM Management
i bought 2 or 3 cars in the 70's and 80's all GM, all JUNK! the workers at GM that i knew told me all management cared about was making as many, as fast, as possible

4. A lot of them are probably going to have to leave the state to find work.
Which just gets harder and harder the longer you are out of work. At some point you won't have enough money to move more than the clothes on your back, let alone search for a job in the new state.


PS: Wear a helmet, please. Cheapest life insurance you'll ever get on a motorcycle.

5. All big business
should operate like public utilities or private cooperatives. If GM had, it would have kept its workforce even though it made fewer cars.
