1. I'll explain it.

It's not in the Constitution, therefore, it does not exist. There is no right to lie to the public of to Congress or the Judiciary. There is no right to keep secrets from Congress or the Judiciary, but only from the public if specifically authorized by statute for an immediate need (like troop movements.)

I think the tie for worst movie of all time is Ray Dennis Steckler's Bloodshack. I guess it depends what is more offense: the overall disgust factor with Manos or the the fact that nothing happens thoughout Bloodshack.
