John McCain isn't calling her irrelevant. He's talking about the perspective of the people who attack her, the apparent irony, as he sees it, that the people against her call her irrelevant yet spend so much time attacking her.

The headline implies that McCain said he thinks Palin's irrelevant. The clip shows he's talking about the attitude of other people, not his own. You're leading readers to believe something that isn't true. That's misleading, even if you use a direct quote (out of context) to do it.

Edit~ Busted..I didn't watch mcpalin but after reading the posts upthread I see that mcpalin is not dissing the quitter at all.
I wondered why he would say she's irrelvant when all he's done is tried to keep her relevancy on life support.
