Awwwhhhh. Too bad. James O'Keefe tried to wiretap Mary Landrieu, and got arrested by the FBI.

1. If this kid spends five minutes behind bars I'll be damned.
Pretty face. Young. Conservative. And you know he'll get a Republican judge and jury. First time offense, probably.

There's a deal in place--no connected Repubs go to jail. Period.

4. Oh, it's a very weird story. Reading it like it's so unbelievable.
All while making sure they reiterate how guilty ACORN is. Got to get that little jab in.

I have guys working on a scaffolding here, spitting tobacco juice on the ground, who sound a lot like these two yokels. They seem like the kind of people who really want to be violent, but the closest they can come to it is yacking away on Fox. Gross.

39. I believe that he's facing a 10-year sentence . . . if convicted.
But, the DOJ is putting together a list of additional charges.

Attempting to commit a felony on federal property is a serious charge. I hope he serves some real time for this.

You can imagine how popular conservatives are among the prison population. And this guy is gonna be extra popular with the inmates. He's tall, thin, young, and a hard-core conservative. Oh, yes! He's going to be one of the most popular guys ever to check into the "Greybar Hotel". They're gonna "love him long time".

But the charges they face are federal and the FBI has been on this case since day one it's going to be hard to just let them walk and I don't think we've even begun to see the end of discovery for this incident. I'm just hoping a big chunk of the stink clings to Breitbart, his mentor Matt Sludge, and fux noise.

34. One of these boys is apparently the son of a US prosecutor
No matter what happens, his dad's career at the Justice Department is done.

When you set yourself up to wiretap a sitting US senator, you're in the big time. Given that one of the suspects is in the immediate family of a US prosecutor, I would hope that no plea bargain is arranged, as that would be highly inappropriate.

If what's alleged is true, and there's no reason to doubt it is, these little morons will do time at a federal facility. It will probably be a camp, but you never know: this is the sort of thing I imagine that federal sentencing guidelines are rather harsh on.

we could probably find out that the whole ACORN video was
shot in the FOX studios. All they needed to do first was go out and
get video of what random acorn offices looked like....just like any other

rooms and create their faux news story. It was all a fraud anyway.
