A new Congressional Oversight Panel report states what we and others have been writing for months, the Treasury's HAMP program to keep people out of foreclosures isn't working.

6. Re: SCOTUS, I hope she's not nominated, or if she is, she'll turn it down.
Of course that's me being really selfish, but she's doing a great job right where she's at, and I wouldn't want her replaced with someone who bows courteously to Treasury gang, et al.
