Clip from 4/15/10 360 with Anderson Cooper where CNN fact-checker Tom Foreman and Dem talking-head Paul Begala ridicule Mitch McConnel blatant, provable lies about the Wall Street Reform bill being a "bank bailout." The piece points out that the Republicans were simply regurgitating their Frank Luntz talking-points that were leaked even before anyone knew what was in the Chris Dodd sponsored reform bill.
