maybe he is just passing for white.... but if he were passing, shouldn't he be the quarterback? (passing joke and reference to the white quarterbacks)

2. John Riggins
one of the best runningbacks I have ever seen:

3. Right now the trend in the NFL for running backs is speed.
Edited on Wed Apr-21-10 04:04 PM by WhoIsNumberNone
Anyone who can't run in the 4.4's or less isn't considered a strong prospect. Meanwhile this guy could be another Riggins or Alstott or Bettis (see how I threw the black guy in there at the end?) Not speedburners but bulldozers.

Is he a first round pick? No. Not even if he was black. 99% of running backs aren't worth a first round pick. You take the best running back you can find, put him behind a sorry offensive line, and he's going to suck. Meanwhile Mike Shanahan spent the 90's putting one 6th-round-pick running back after another into the Pro Bowl behind his awesome line. And look what Portis did when they traded him to Washington. (Don't trade for running backs either)

Well, I've enjoyed talking sports here with the people who can spell- I'll be watching the draft tomorrow...
