3. I had the same initial reaction.

I mean we could call Congress, but wait - they are rather fond of Wall Street.

We could call the good man at 1600 Pennsylvannia, but wait, he is rather fond of Geithner, who is very very good to Wall Street.

So who are we gonna call?
