I'd be curious to know what the ad cost to produce. The creators of that package should be very proud, it was jam packed with info and stayed upbeat. Not at all the 'gloom and doom' or else message that the political arena too often views as the only avenue to hard hitting impact.

Because that's what the worst Blue Dog has.

The BEST Republican BTW votes with the Dems 26% of the time, so if you run a more liberal candidate who loses, you lose at least - at the very least 58% of votes going for the Dem side.

As opposed to losing 18% at the very worst if you keep the Blue Dog.

Now I'm not sure risking 58 to get at most 18 is a win unless you are damn sure the replacement for the Blue Dog has a 325% greater chance of winning than they do, but that's because I use facts to make decisions. If you prefer the warm cozy comfort of being ideologically pure while losing a heck of a lot of Dem votes in Congress then sure go for it.

Primary all you want - but make damn sure the replacement can win.
