1. George Stephanopoulos
Can you imagine him doing that kind of interview with Dick Cheney?

Neither could I.

20. Tried everyway he could to demean Kucinich with smear tactics.
As soon as he started, the very tone of the interview was intended to belittle Dennis. I knew from the questioning that sooner or later he would ask the "but what if they attack us with..." He said "dirty bomb" in relation to us using Nukes. Dennis should have said "well I'd nuke Iraq and Iran if they attacked us"...pause...then laugh his ass off. What does anyone say to that "wife beating" question? Especially when just before the question he was trying to get Dennis to tell under what circumstances he would use a nuke. Trying to force him into a response that would make him look weak on defense.

Acting like the ABC hitman he is, George Stooplowenoughus then pulls up 2 Cleveland "trash Kucinich" hitman articles(out of the hundreds of "praise Kucinich" articles available) to try to smear Kucinich acting like these articles represented the voice of his constituents when just the opposite is true. Kucinich is very popular in Cleveland and George knows this. George used those articles to call Kucinich names under the cover of, "I didn't say it, they did" When it was George who picked the articles out to use. George knew exactly what he was doing. It was a hit piece from beginning to end.

And just to aid in attacking another democratic candidate he brings up a video clip of Hillary taking Nukes off the table to once again try to suggest Democrats are weak on Defense.

Dennis handled it all beautifully, especially George's suggestion that Dennis is some far left whaco candidate not to be taken seriously. Dennis informed him that he is actually center of the Democratic party and the other candidates are really right of center of the party. He's totally right. George did everything possible to make Kucinich look like a joke but the joke is on George and ABC. Once again Dennis speaks truth to power and just does everything right.

The powers that be, and especially republicans fear a Kucinich president the most because he threatens to bring government back to the people and out of the hands of the ruling elite. Single payer not for profit healthcare for everyone should be enough to get him elected by itself. It's not something he's "going" to do. He's already introduced it into congress. He's the most dedicated, honest and serious government representative out there. He truly is the one who could make America great again. He just calmly let George show his true colors, then demonstrated why he would make the best president.

2. way to go Dennis
why does it seem that every time someone interviews Dennis they feel it is their duty to try and persuade him to drop out of the race?

this was a fantastic interview

11. best platform in the field
Isn't it obvious to any sane person that we shouldn't use nuclear weapons in Pakistan? I mean, damn. I love his platform. I wish he could move the other candidates towards it.

12. Every word out of this guy's mouth...
...is music to my ears. Dennis Kucinich is sanity in an insane world. His expression when he described the nuke option as insane was priceless. The insane will say he is unrealstic, impractical. The reality is that they are so jaded and deluded, that they wouldn't know reality if it hit them in the ass.

Go Kucinich. I'm with ya buddy.

Government for the people, for the people, and for the people.

16. Once again, Kucinich shows patience and clarity
Of course he'll have my vote just as he did in 2004.

But I have to make a comment or two about Stephanopoulos.

It was quite apparent that he was digging deep in his toolbox of "Dis Kucinich" to pull out item after item of negativity about Dennis. Interestingly enough, Stephanopolous seems infatuated with the idea of nuclear proliferation. He didn't understand a f**ing thing about putting plans into motion that would lessen or erase the need for such nonsense.

It would have been a bit more gracious (at least if there were no hidden agenda) to provide as many positive things about Kucinich. But he didn't.

And the use of terms like "moonbat" make my blood boil. It's sorta like "stay the course" or "finish the job". Anyone using questionable terms should be ready to define their terms.

In other words, what are the specific qualities of "moonbatness"?
How would I know if I have attained "moonbathood"?
Is it different from "dry drunk" or "Lyme disease"?

have a second candidate. Thirty years of voting for the candidate my party put forward has not helped our country.

19. So, who is dragging his name thru the mud in Cleveland?
How is he seving his constituents any less than the senator's running now... A state only has 2 senators... I would think their disservice is larger than a house member's.

21. Articles were singled out as part of the hit piece.
There are numerous articles in the Cleveland papers that praise Kucinich but George picked these out to purposely smear Kucinich as if these articles were the voice of his constituents. They are not. Dennis is very popular in his district but George Stooplowenougherus found the ones he could best use to belittle Kucinich. He tried to make Dennis look like a joke but the jokes on Georgie and the ABC democratic smear machine as Dennis just made him look like a fool for stooping so low by his calm, unaffected response.

The harder they try to hit the more afraid they show themselves to be and Dennis scares the hell out of them bexcause he is so capable of speaking truth to power. He is the "sleeper candidate", but once you hear what he is saying and see that he is also doing, You start thinking yeah!, he's the one for president. He makes me feel good about choosing him because he seems like the perfect candidate on nearly every issue He gives new meaning to "Stop...Look...and Listen" 'cause when you do it's hard to pass over this guy.
Everytime I hear him it just reinforces my confidence that he is the right choice for President.

22. Thanks for posting this. I don't normally watch George Stooplowenougherous
George always has a hidden agenda and is basically dishonest and misleading under the guise of "open honest discussion" and ABC has in many ways become a smear machine against Democrats. I get nearly all of my information from the internet where I can fact check and replay when I want.
This interview was worth watching just to see how well Kucinich handled himself. Thanks again

27. So, how many candidates get it and go straight to the heart of an issue?
Dennis Kucinich is the only one who can UNEQUIVOCALLY respond that we NEED to get rid of nuclear weapons. I am sure he will again be called crazy and dreamer.

However, who are the insane ones?
