My slightly less insane senator seemed to be going after something about where Kagan stood on the reading of his rights to the Christmas bomber, as I heard Graham mention something about him being Mirandized. His wording ("Where were you on Christmas Day?") gave her the opening. The lady is quick on her feet.

a question you would not ask. Freedom of religion. Why did he want to know that? As a catholic I found that offensive.
