I've been with Liberty for 40 years for homeowners, renters and car insurance. Parents and siblings too. Never a claim hassle and reasonable premium prices that did not go up due to a fender bender or two. Or when my mother cleaned the open drivers side door off a car once....but that's another thread on it's own...sheeesh.

Here's what it looks like: their client pulled in front of me, and I did everything possible to miss them so I would not kill the passenger whose door was directly in my path. I went off road and airborne, giving me a severe concussion. I was a pilot and flight instructor and lost my career. They suggested it was my fault for going off road even though I had the right of way and wanted to avoid seriously injuring another human. They installed a GPS unit on my vehicle to track my whereabouts and harassed me on the road; following me when I went to dinner or parties with friends (I was in college). They found out I was gay and started deposing my personal trainer and massage therapists, questioning if they were gay for doing business with me and eventually becoming friends with me. They refused to make an offer, and eventually threatened enough witnesses with a false outing that we could not have good case in a conservative Indiana court. Fuck your Liberty Mutual.

P.S. Nothing personal - just want you to be careful if you ever deal with them again; they can be masty.
