crowded theater. If there is a fire, or you believe there to be, then there is no problem with the speech. If you knowingly lie, then you should be held accountable. There is no way he thinks these things are true. He has been told the truth about what he says over and over. He knows he's lying, and he knows what that can lead to.

It's time to put his pillowy ass in jail.

(And I'm a huge fan of the 1st Amendment.)
