Cenk Uygur (host of The Young Turks) filling in for Ed Schultz on MSNBC talks to Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown about the attempt to loan money to community/regional banks to lend to small businesses. They also discuss if it was a mistake to give TARP money with (basically) no strings attached.

1. So Cenk, you say Sherrod is "one of the most PROGRESSIVE members of the Senate." BUT, he has
SUPPORTED ALL that legislation you say is "barely progressive." So I guess he's just not progressive enough for you? Or is he? Or what?

One of the very few Senators speaking for the working people today. The others are too busy preening for their Republican prom: "Oh, I hope Jim Bunning likes me in this outfit!".
