2. DU can't control the ads served to it, sadly.

I understand the ad server probably is just serving "politically-themed" ads. I find it irritating, too ... so I use my by-now-well-toned-and-conditioned "advert-tune-out" muscles.

That's not to say I like it, but hell, what choice do I have?

OTOH, I did notice the resemblance of the Dud to a certain late-80's McDonald's ad mascot ...

4. I hadn't really checked into Dudley until today, and perusing through these vids.

Thank you.

I had suspected he had no idea what he was doing and the bulk of the clips seem to bear that out. Just another right wing front man with a familiar face and no credentials. Rebutticans really do need to find another drawer to open, this one comes up empty time and time again. It worked once, 30 years ago, and we may pay for that nastiness for some time to come.
