3. See our president rationalize violating the Geneva Convention
We're no different from Hussein's torture tactics when we rationalize torture. We dramatically increase the chance that our soldiers taken prisoner will be tortured. It is a violation of international agreements that America has signed. Our government found two, young, attorneys who were willing to tell them that torture didn't violate law and leaned on that to justify torturing prisoners. Fear got him elected president and fear is such an effective tool to sway citizens. Congratulations America, you have become what you despised...

That would be strongest evidence in a court of law...but this horse pucky will never get indicted, nor will his former boss Dick Cheney.
