It only took an inch of hair to sentence a Texan criminal to death for a crime he may not have committed. Now, years later, DNA tests showed that the hair didn't belong to him and was actually so short that it was never suitable as evidence anyway.

put forth by so many state sponsored murder advocates that it has never been shown that anyone who was executed was innocent.

2. The solution is so simple it's actually nauseating...

No DP. Life in prison w/o parole.

However, that should not deter further investigation of "lifers", if there is evidence in the future that exonerates the individual, the best thing is, you have someone alive to release.

bush is a psychopath, he loves death, he has imposed death upon hundreds of thousands, in Iraq and Afghanistan, all w/o the slightest thought of remorse. He actually chuckled when reiterating that he was going to make sure Carla Fay Tucker was going to be executed during a "debate" w/Al Gore.
