Rep. Darrell Issa is attempting to take down President Obama, one subpoena at a time. According to Issa, Obama is one of the most corrupt presidents of all time. REALLY? Not only is he lacking any sort of evidence, but he's clearly lacking any sort of rational thinking. Ed Schultz takes on Issa and the new Congress in last night's Fired Up segment.

1. Issa's assualt will need to be confronted
with facts from the get-go. His trumped up attacks MUST be shot down as soon as they are launched. If he's not shown to be the phony he is - right fromn the start - he'll get enough traction that we can pretty much WRITE OFF having the White House come January of 2013. Too damned bade that Grayson couldn't take the Dem's seat on Issa's witch hunt commission.

2. I know DUers don't want to hear this, but John Edwards warned us
that you cannot sit at the table and negotiate with the insurance companies and I would add, for that matter, any other corporate mouthpiece. It's impossible. Corporations are not human beings. They don't have hearts. They don't give and take. And the Republicans (and Democrats) who represent the corporations, and not the people, are barely human and have no hearts. It's the reality. Obama was not ready to be president. He did not have the experience to know how to fight. Too bad for us. Too bad for the country.

Issa is a very dirty player. He brought Gray Davis down here in California. The worst thing that Gray Davis did was to be utterly boring and to get accused of making deals with prison guards. I don't know that he favored the prison guards any more than any of our other governors, but that was his "crime." Issa was behind that. He is a really nasty, nasty guy.

3. President Obama has been forewarned.
Let's hope they take it to heart and put a stop to this conservanzi's witch hunt. I know they were given recommendations on how to deal with Issa and his bu$hit investigations from the Clinton crowd.

I hope they take heed or it will be a big crock of crap for the next two years.
