1. Pistole sounds a lot like W justifying water boarding. I want Pistole searched in an enhanced method...
every single fucking time he hails a cab.

2. From my experience at the Columbus Ohio airport...
the pat downs are being used as a punitive measure. I "opted" out at being x-rayed and the pat down was painful. The TSA agent was overly aggressive and \kept pushing me in my back, buttocks and back of the legs to the point I almost lost my balance on several occasions. I complained about how I was being handled on several occasions to the TSA screener and all he kept telling me was I could have gone through the x-ray machine. When I complained to the supervisors all they did was laugh at me. It is punitive and Pistole is a lier.

3. They are not pat downs - more like groping
When you run your hand between a womans breast with force and stick your hand in someones crotch, it is more than a pat down.

It is an illegal search!

This guy really deserves to be taken out to the woodshed for a good beating! I fucking hate scumbags like this who have a role to cover up infromation that they know that people do not want to hear. Just dodge the question. I think that Anderson had great questions, but it would be great if just one fucking person in our media was as good as Katie Couric. Did nobody see the Sarah Palin interview in the media? Can we get one person out there with a media badge who can repeat a question when they get an obvious dodge? Is that too much to ask? But no, they just move on to the next question.

6. As far as I am concerned,
this is simply part of the assualt on the right to privacy. You know that whe a Supreme Council case comes up on the issue, Roberts et al are going to - in their strict constitutionalist way - rule there is no "right to privacy" implied or otherwise in the Constitution, and then the final corpratist takeover is underway.
