1. It's a cartoon, so is it "tongue-in-cheek", or "speaking out of both
sides of it's mouth", "having its cake and eating it too", ironic, sarcastic, or just simply intended to educate?

It made me remember what Saturday morning television was like when I was a youngster and most of what was shown were old theatrical cartoons. They were so much better than the Hanna-Barbarian junk.
