2. "Caves" is not the correct term

when one is an integral part of the plan to end social security as we know it.

This action will also severely damage the future of the Democratic Party. Democrats should be the champions of preserving social security. Instead Obama appointed Simpson and Bowles knowing full well what their recommendations would be. Where does that put Obama, ideologically? Not in my camp, that is for certain. I don't want my party forever saddled with 'the party that cut social security'. But Obama is surrounded by right wing advisers. For this reason I will no longer support Obama in future elections. I am done with him and his ilk.

3. RepubliCONS can't destroy Social Security without the help of the Democrats.

In fact, I will go so far as to say that ReopubliCONS can NOT destroy Social Security without the help of Obama.

Will he help them like he helped them get $140 billion tax give away to the richest among us? He likes compromise and that's one hell of a compromise.
