More info: "Meditation class helps lower violence at AL prison" (Associated Press, Feb. 2, 2011). This program was in the William E. Donaldson Correctional Facility and was temporarily halted due to religious conflicts with Christian inmates.

I used the time of wrongful financial imprisonment to study Reaver tech or the comments on the subject, note the bias and concepts in description of actions.

It is same as zombie or seeing people as monsters. most don't know that some of that is only when they are around them, and about how they see it.

I have no problems with Reavers.

I can actually explain that, things that try to soul sleep someone, possession, need the person compliant and empty minded. So where most find introspection and calm with prayers or meditation, some things use that to take over a person with only that spiritual 1st defense type of thought if they are deceived. 2nd and 3rd defense prevent that.

Respect. I am challenged by 20 minutes a day. Hope it gets easier with practice. I'm only a beginner.

I think this is wonderful for the prisoners.
