GOP State Senator Sheila Harsdorf stands with Walker. From what I could see it looked like only about 50-60 people inside and Sheila was probably the best dressed. These supporters look like they could use a little unionizing help. Instead the choose to support Corporations taking their money, jobs, and state resources. Notice all the "grassroots" signs paid for by the Koch brothers.

I hope WI citizens can do a fact check on what she has to say and help educate us.

They have stated getting signatures to Recall this State GOP Senator.

1. And to prove we're patriots, we're going to try to remember the Pledge
of Allegiance.

soon to be ex-senator Harsdorf. Hope she's enjoying the free meal at the Best Western there.

2. Please note that the best argument they can put forward....
...is misbehavior by the previous, Democratic-controlled, legislature.

3. I have no doubt she will be recalled
at just this one event, there was over 700 people outside and there was a variety of people gathering signatures and I know one of the women already had several pages filled out.

4. Her argument is not relevant.
She points to the need for budget cuts. No one is arguing about the budget cuts. It's the barring of unions that is the problem.

If she did not discuss that point, it means she knows that is not a point that is strong for her side.

Therefore, what is needed in order to win the recall is to have teachers and public employees call, identify voters who do not understand the issues, send literature and go door to door to talk to individual voters about what the issues are.

Most people understand that unions are a part of the process in the workplace and that people should have the right to organize and join and negotiate through their unions. After all, businesses have trade organizations that represent their interests to the public and to the government. It really isn't any different.

So, just because a lot of people show up for this state senator's rally really does not mean much at this point. I think the recall has a good chance.

And blah blah blah..."cut spending" (instead they spend more on corporate tax breaks)... "governor campaigned on this" (he never campaigned on union busting) ...we are grassroots (bought and paid for by out-of-state billionaire front groups)

It these people were Pinocchio there would be enough wood to heat every Wisconsin home for a year.
