As the world unites against Colonel Gaddafi, Panorama reveals the real story behind the country's revolution. Using remarkable new footage, it tells how a group of young professionals bravely stood up to 42 years of dictatorship.
Reporter Paul Kenyon travels across the front line to uncover how the Libyan military fired on unarmed protestors and tracks down the man accused of ordering the shooting - Colonel Gaddafi's son, Saadi.

4. I'm crying
I hope the NFZ helps them win their freedom. If it does not, if we invade and occupy them and install a puppet...

I've always been an atheist, but - God speed to you, Libya. May you be free, of both Gaddafi and US dictatorship.

7. That is actually NOT TRUE...
The US did not create, arm or have anything to do with Libya other than a small air base from WW2 that we abandoned when Gaddafi came to power...Gaddafi's is almost all old Soviet Arms & military equipment.

The USA has a bad history in the ME but we are not responsible for this MONSTER and there is no way to spin it to say we are. The USA is free & clear.
