Pro-democracy fighters celebrated in the second Libyan city of Benghazi after French jets demolished Muammar Gaddafi's heavy armour that was heading their way.
Al Jazeera's James Bays visited the site of the attack to file this report. (Mar 20, 2011)

4. actually it's undetermined if the UN airstrikes killed civilians
even in the report there--- the military regime managed to survive. If people died it was from bombs coming from Gaddafi that was raining down on them at night.

10. No it's not.
There's no doubt people died in airstrikes---but as far as civilians who died in airstrikes...not so much. No it's not. Much of it is unsubstantiated. Because many people were killed by the military regime and the regime itself is making up a few stories. I have read accounts of Chavez claiming that civilians die due to the airstrike---but you have to wonder how Chavez knows since Venezuela is not even part of this. Secondly, some military are most likely dead to airstrikes since the attacks were made on specifically tanks and such.

Further more, if there was any killings by airstrikes this was done by the French Bombers and NOT US ships.

since it is France's war...their oil supply was cut off 2 months ago by Qadaffi why are we paying for it....$700 million of our tax dollars in one day!

It is almost safe to assume that the bill is actually much higher than $700 million.

14. Three Wars
We are involved now in three wars. Whats the base reason? Because if you are not like us you dont matter. In our own country, what is the political attitude? If you dont agree with us you dont matter. Can you name a country of the world more tending toward fascism (And including an international aspect) than the US?
