The UN Security Council's resolution states that the foreign forces' actions should focus on protecting civilians. But Russia's envoy to NATO says this message doesn't seem to match the reality on the ground.

2. Yup, can't be done, to help the people you cant just bomb them,. .
the USA has it's head so far up it's own military ass,. the only action it know about is to bomb and invade, over seas of course! And people here think we are helping ?
