Washington D.C. (April 4, 2011) -- Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), continued his relentless opposition to war on the House floor today citing the cost of war and the need for investment here at home.

1. the wars
Aren't something like 80% of American AGAINST the wars?

Kind of odd that our leaders just do what ever the hell they want in spite of overwhelming contrary public opinion?

But if a minority like the Tea Party want to ban NPR and Planned Parenthood, conservative pols fight to the death to make it happen.

I've given up trying to influence our leadership.

What I dream of can only happen through WE THE PEOPLE. Our leaders ain't gonna dew it!

2. Amen. How can the majority of
Americans NOT support Dennis Kucinich for President? His ideas are populist and on track with the majority of Americans.
Too bad the elite own the proprietary info. voting machines and the MSM, so they can marginalize anyone who speaks the truth and pick the "winners."

3. what do you think?
I think we can fix this with campaign finance reform and getting more involved with our local and state elections / government.

4. sanity as always,. .
too bad if falls on deaf ears,. the war machine is unstoppable at this point, as too many people make a nice living off it, and they will not give up that hand that feeds,. while the rest of America is too apathetic to resist.., The Democrats keep moving to the right,. they took office and escalated the war machine,. making Gitmo and the policies that make it possible permanent. Where is the opposition to this stupidity? It seems America is truly hopeless at this point.
