maybe he was speaking in New York but if not, its a cheap shot. Did he send letters to the other states? To HIMSELF?

3. He's Not Alone

Halliburton spun off parts of it's company to "offshore subsidiaries" so that it could do business with countries on the banned list like Iraq and Iran.

It worked out great for them because not only could they now trade with those countries, but they also had an excellent tax dodge.
