No one is going to overturn it - not Republicans and not Democrats (the majority, at least)

If repealing the oil subsidies failed this doesn't have a chance in heck. Congress loves the $$$$$$ too much.

9. Citizens United protects Unions, just as corporations and non-profits.

So, actually, it does protect you, and me, the working citizen.

The principle problem is, not enough citizens/workers are unionized, so the Unions don't have parity with the corporations on the amount of money they can raise, and spend.

Corporations cannot spend every last dime they have on lobbying and ads, etc. They have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, etc. Bigger unions, with more involved citizens, could actually outspend them.

Let the ruling stand. Someday, THEY will regret it.
