Lol - Wasn't it Newt that said people should be forced to take a test on the Constitution before they could vote?

What about a Pres candidate that doesn't know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence?

Kind of appropriate to have an audible.com ad for this video, lol.

If Mr Cain won't read the Constitution, maybe he should consider buying an audible.com version of it!
