First of all, this guy shouldn't be a selectman if he can't explain and communicate effectively.

If you listen to the end, I think LeClair's bill is prohibiting either party to a divorce from having a live-in boyfriend or girlfriend while the divorce is in process. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Geez! This guy is so confused about his own bill.

The guy is a moron.

Ya hafta wonder if this guy's ever HAD sex! This is another example of where folks with common sense don't end up in office - likely because don't want their personal lives sifted thru in search of the tinyest spec of "dirt". What we're left with is ignoramuses like this for public servants! :dunce:
