As such whether the person intends to or not, that person can be seen by the OTHER NATION as a agent provocateur of the USA and face far worse problems than a civilian.

And under international law, Choi would be the one in the wrong, and the USA would have its hands tied if his situation became dire.

It does NOT matter what the issue is.

He seem to be just walking & then he appeared to be ambushed. I guess you are not allowed to be gay in Russia? That did not look like a protest...Obviously, I do not know the whole story.

At least he has been released according to another poster on this thread. I hope that is true because that looked like an old school "Party finds you" type arrest! LOL!
