This is a very short clip, but it appears that whatever is shot at this women causes lots of smoke... Appears this man knows what he is doing is wrong, so he waits till she turns her head....

Real ammo makes almost no smoke.

And he appeared to move around her to his right before shooting. I believe it was tear gas.

The tape looks heavily edited, too..........just sayin'

The headline in this OP is misleading at the least, complete bullshit at worst.

A hit by a CS round at that range can kill a person. At the very least, the target is going to the hospital.
