These guys are the sharpest of the sharp attorneys in the land, esp. with regard to Congress, its powers, and how things get done in DC and in politics.

It is very easy to comment from the bitching section, very difficult to assume their jobs.
Everyone bitching should have to present an idea on how they would do better. How sweet the silence :rofl:

5. Obviously, you didn't take time to listen to

what Sen. Leahy had to say. Lots of stonewalling has been done regarding this matter. It is a difficult road when the opposition continues to dig potholes and roll boulders onto the road to justice.

2. We saw what GOP would do with Texas Dems who fled to deprive them of quorum on

redistricting.

The GOP sent cops and Homeland Security after them.

6. Yea verily. It is educating to sit in on a courtroom

case to realize that every means is used to either defeat the opposition or win a case. As long as people are not in agreement regarding an issue, time becomes stretched almost beyond the limit.
