6. Van Hollen couldn't get the endorsement of Progressive Neighbors

in 2008 - they were very disappointed in him. The only reason they even considered endorsing him at all was because he provided 'access' and they assumed his record would improve....

7. It's a shame. Republican voters are largely manufactured consent

and Democratic voters are largely ignored voters but try to be loyal to disinterested politicians.
