An anonymous cartoonist has mocked and exposed the Renton Washington police department with animated videos. The department is attempting to locate the cartoonist and charge him with cyberstalking. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian discuss.

2. You can't stock the freaking police. What kind of BS is that? Sad to

say the police did charge a guy with stacking that was following a policemen recording everything he did. And the judge agreed with the police :(
