It seems phony, doesn't it? Now the Justice Dept. is trying to require these poor ratings agencies to document their reasons for ratings changes. Maybe they were trying to do more? American investor, Warren Buffett, owns rival agency Moodys, and S&P downgraded Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway stock along with the U.S. and 11 other U.S. mortgage banks.

1. Investigate Standard and Poor's
...I want to see faces, know names, know who authorized the downgrade and I want it under oath.

All the Limp Media says is..."S & P", over and over and over...People had to make the decisions.
