1. God how it's changed. I was raised in Fullerton.

Used to be a quiet, unassuming town.
No scandals, no violence, no crazy conservatives sending pictures of watermelons at the whitehouse.
Seems to be in the news several time each year nowadays.

know the golden rule, never confront a police officer. keep your mouth shut, and obey his commands, you will get your day in court.

3. The chief needs to be fired

His dept is obviously out of control. All officers involved should be fired for violating civil rights. These fucking thugs give cops a bad name. I hope they suffer dire consequences for being SO FUCKING STUPID!

4. Back in the day

I was a therapy tech at the State Hospital. We had violent schizophrenics. If someone crazy goes off you have a situation of super human strength. I was 20 and 122 lbs. We never hurt our patients. We might have had to take them to solitary and put them in restraints but you can handle people so it only hurts if you resist. You don't need to beat them up.

5. Those cops did exactly what they are

trained to do: treat the public as the enemy. Combine that with the low frustration threshold, high authoritarian personality traits of many cops and you have a volatile mix.
