1. Cenk missed just one point

He hit the nail on the head for the most part, but the biggest danger is how SOPA threatens sites like Twitter and Facebook--sites that enable Occupy, Tea Party, etc., to communicate.

That's the scariest part of all.

2. I have been warning people of this for awhile.

It's an effective tool for shutting down communication of people and sites.
