election campaign and is the most expensive campaign ever. The Iraq invasion was all about Bush** being elected. Rove knew 'murcans would wave the flags and go right along with the phony reasons. Flags were everywhere, on cars, pickups. Now all Bush** has is debt and horribly, a lot of dead soldiers on his hands.

4. First Education Then Other Stuff

First just a portion of that money could be put into the education system, both higher education and elementary, middle school, and high school. Just $50 billion could pay for a year of college for about 1 million + college students. Some of the other money could go to making the elementary, middle, and high school systems in this country better.

The money could also be used to fund after school programs for students. It could also be used to pay down this country's debt. It could be used to give people grants to buy businesses. Also, it could be used to do a number of different things.
