Rudy Giuliani LIES about what he said just a few hours earlier. In the morning on a local radio show, Giuliani claimed Biden had NO foreign policy experience. Then on the situation room, confronted by the quote he says:

"I didn't, I didn't mention foreign policy. I said Joe Biden fit into the category of Barrack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John Edwards. And they were all questioned about this at the debate, and he wasn't. Here's, here's here's the situation. They have--in a very strange way--they have never run a city, never run a state, never run a business. They've never run anything."

He repeats the opening statement several times, haltingly, before the lie kicks in...

Yeah Rudy, by the looks of things you have real fucking experience!

More of an evasion technique. Rudy refuses to answer the question about Joe Biden's foreign policy experience (lengthy and extensive experience). So he can declare there was no specific "lie".

The way the Dem candidates need to respond to Guiliani is to paint him as an evasive flip flopper. Pummel him over and over with accusations of mismanagement, dishonesty, minced words and incompetence.

Biden's on the right track. the others need to start hammering in a team effort. Always attack attack attack.

The success of the Democratic 2008 campaign will be at how effectively they hammer Guiliani and associate his policy with George W. Bush.

Not on the merits of Democratic Party policy. It shouldn't be this way but that's just how it is in the world of "real politic". We need to show photos of Rudy with George on every photo op and sound bite the Democratic Party (and the Pac's) spends money on.
