I read Regan's pleading for the civil case. She claims that the only people on the call with the lawyer were her, the lawyer and the temp secretary who stayed on the line throughout the call and the temp says Regan made no antisemitic comments. I think I heard the guy on the right say that it was true that she made antisemitic comments.

Whether it's true or not is something only those three people on the call would know. By saying that it's true with so much certainty, he's missing the point that Fox is possibly lying about that to undermine her credibility when she ends up telling the truth about Kerik. He's helping Fox by reinforcing Fox's version.

He also doesn't get why it's a big deal, if true, that Fox is trying to get Rudy elected.
