This woman is absolutely bat-shit crazy, mixed with plain ol' stupid.

5. She's just astonishing. I quite literally can't think of anyone so reprehensible.

She simply doesn't care about little things like facts. She truly can be pissed on and still belt out "Singing In The Rain." Truth is the very last thing that ever enters her mind, or exits her pie-hole.

8. At our humble little institution, Madeline Albright and Coulter were speaking at the same time.

Albright drew an enormous crowd, of course, but the Young Republicans still managed to fill Coulter's venue. I simply cannot imagine opting to see Coulter over Albright.

(btw -- Albright was selling and signing books after her talk. A number of my friends weren't willing to brave the lines, so they gave me their books to get signed. As a result, I had a 5-minute personal audience with her as she signed all the books. I asked her about her very long interview on The Daily Show, and she was delighted to chat about how much she loved it and love Jon Stewart. :))

It's not that she thinks everyone who was listening to that debate is an idiot. On the contrary, her silly explanation was directed at those who she absolutely knows are incredibly stupid enough to believe her explanation.

I hadn't looked at it that way. She is only talking to the true believers. Anyone intelligent already knows she is 100% full of shit, so they won't hear a word of it anyway.
